After the piles are healed and no longer painful applying Bio oil will shrink the skin tags to smooth skin. However you need to be patient and apply every day twice a day. A little oil 1-2ml in a syringe (no needle) injected into rectum before going to sleep is very beneficial to smooth skin in anal passage. Good luck.
