I like this simple formula that includes vitamin C and is in a glass jar with aluminum lid. Easy to access and able to recycle the packaging.
I absolutely LOVE Nutra Organics Chicken Bone Broth Homestyle. Delicious and nutritious. I have it most mornings and often have two cups instead of just one. I also have diverticula disease and find the broth very soothing.
