تُنتج الغابات المفتوحة والمراعي الطبيعية في شمال تسمانيا عسلًا غنيًا ومتنوعًا من البرسيم والتوت الأسود والشوك والعديد من أنواع الزهور البرية المتوطنة. تتجلى هذه الروائح في عسل خفيف وخفيف ورقيق بنكهة منعشة تدوم طويلًا وتُرضي جميع الأذواق.

يأتي عسل المروج هذا من النحل الذي يجوب المروج ومزارع الألبان الخصبة في تسمانيا. بجمع الرحيق من البرسيم في الحقول، ومن سياج شجيرات العليق الأسود، وزهور الحوذان، والأزهار البرية المجاورة، يُنتج النحل عسلًا ناعمًا ولطيفًا وناعمًا بشكل جميل.

I really love this honey. I usually buy Tasmanian Leatherwood honey but thought I'd give this one a try which is a nice rich flavoured meadow honey.
The pricing is good but delivery did take a little longer than expected.
