I use it for my stomach ulcers, it’s very good
Now again I did oder same but something went wrong with delivery, it’s been almost two weeks I haven’t get my parcel and I am keep trying to contact with BEENVitamins, after two weeks they only reply to my emails ,and they told me my parcel went to wrong address and now I am suffering from that , I am kindly requesting to you please send it to me back as soon as possible I need it , mine is finished that’s why I Oder more and I am using it daily basis.

I take Propolis once a day in the morning after breakfast. It gives me a better immune system and notice that during the flu season all I had was just a sniffle or two. I think I might have had Covid before as one of my colleagues said she felt as if she had been hit by a mack truck while another said she was finally feeling 'human' again but all I experienced was that I loss my sense of smell.
