One of the family favourites, Comvita's Lemon and Honey Candy combines the soothing qualities of UMF 10+ Manuka Honey with the flavour of Propolis and Lemon and Honey.
UMF stands for Unique Manuka Factor, a measure of the unique type of activity which is naturally present at varying levels in honey made form the nectar of the Manuka bush (Leptospermum scoparium), native to New Zealand.
Ingredients
Contains UMF 10+ Manuka Honey. Contains Propolis. Lemon Honey flavour.
New Zealand Manuka has long been valued for its health-maintaining effects and is gaining worldwide recognition for its unique properties. Propolis contains high levels of bioflavonoids.
Directions
Adults: Dissolve one candy slowly in the mouth. Repeat as required up to 5 times daily. Not to be given to children under 2 years of age. Do not use if bag is torn.

I take Propolis once a day in the morning after breakfast. It gives me a better immune system and notice that during the flu season all I had was just a sniffle or two. I think I might have had Covid before as one of my colleagues said she felt as if she had been hit by a mack truck while another said she was finally feeling 'human' again but all I experienced was that I loss my sense of smell. My family members who do not believe in taking supplements thinks that mine is just a placebo effect. Well I am a senior and aside from the govt required health check, have not seen the gp for any health issue so this product is definitely working for me.
