I have been using this product for many years now and can't live without it. It was suggested to me by my doctor. It is very pricey but for the last few years I have purchased it from Bee Vitamins which on sale saves me about $20 each time over other suppliers. It helps my skin cope with aging gracefully and reduces the pain in my legs and hands. An excellent product and brand.

    An Immunity Booster

    I take Propolis once a day in the morning after breakfast. It gives me a better immune system and notice that during the flu season all I had was just a sniffle or two. I think I might have had Covid before as one of my colleagues said she felt as if she had been hit by a mack truck while another said she was finally feeling 'human' again but all I experienced was that I loss my sense of smell.
