كيفية الاستخدام:
بعد التنظيف، ضعي طبقة رقيقة على كامل الوجه، مع تجنب منطقة العينين والشفاه.
اتركيه لمدة 3-5 دقائق بعد تنشيط الفقاعات بالكامل.
ثم دلكي خلاصة الفقاعات بلطف على الوجه ثم اشطفيه جيدًا بالماء الدافئ.

I take Propolis once a day in the morning after breakfast. It gives me a better immune system and notice that during the flu season all I had was just a sniffle or two.
