Blessed thistle and Fenugreek have traditionally been used for their galactogogue properties and may assist in stimulating the production of breast milk in nursing mothers, thus improving lactation.

Ingredients

Each tablet contains:

herbal extracts equiv. to dry
Trigonella foenum-graecum (Fenugreek) seed extract 750mg derived from dry seed	3g
Cnicus benedictus (Blessed thistle) herb extract 250mg derived from dry herb	1g
Does not contain added egg, milk, peanut, corn, soy, tree nut or animal products, gluten, lactose, artificial colourings, flavourings or preservatives
