I bought the honey basically to see what effect it would have on my body. I’m almost 80 and was looking for something that would hopefully help with memory loss and perhaps give me more energy. My short term memory is still less than adequate as i forget where i left my glasses, but am starting to remember experiences from the past few years. i’m also experiencing a general gaining of overall strength.
