Brauer's Sore Throat Spray contains a blend of Elderberry, Liquorice and Iceland moss herbal extracts in a convenient and delicious Cherry flavoured oral spray.
Iceland moss has been used in traditional Western herbal medicine to relieve symptoms of sore throat, reduce throat irritation, and soothe irritated tissues, while Liquorice has traditional use in Western herbal medicine to relieve hoarseness of voice.
Directions for use:
Always read the label and follow the directions for use.
Adults only: 4 sprays towards the back of the throat. Repeat every 2 hours as required. Use a maximum of 8 times (32 sprays) in 24 hours or as directed by your healthcare professional.
Shake well before use.
Store Below 25°C.

Each 4 sprays (0.88mL) contains: Sambucus nigra (Elderberry) ext. dry conc.3.6mg from fresh fruit 189.4mg Glycyrrhiza glabra (Liquorice) ext. dry conc. 13.9mg from dry root 250.3mg Cetraria islandica (Iceland moss) ext. dry conc. 40mg from dry whole plant 500.5mg

I take Propolis once a day in the morning after breakfast. It gives me a better immune system and notice that during the flu season all I had was just a sniffle or two. I think I might have had Covid before as one of my colleagues said she felt as if she had been hit by a mack truck while another said she was finally feeling 'human' again but all I experienced was that I loss my sense of smell.
