Directions for use:
Children 1 - 4 years: One soft capsule per day. Twist or cut off the tail and squeeze into your child's mouth or onto food.
Children 5+ years: 1-2 soft capsules per day, recommended under adult supervision. The entire capsule is chewable and suitable to be eaten. Or as directed by your health professional.
Not to be used in children under 1 year without medical advice. Vitamins and minerals can only be of assistance if dietary intake is inadequate.

I take Propolis once a day in the morning after breakfast. It gives me a better immune system and notice that during the flu season all I had was just a sniffle or two. I think I might have had Covid before as one of my colleagues said she felt as if she had been hit by a mack truck while another said she was finally feeling 'human' again but all I experienced was that I loss my sense of smell.
