Australian by Nature Propolis Mouth Spray is an alcohol-free mouth spray containing the antibacterial and immune boosting properties of Propolis. It has a pleasant, natural spearmint flavour. It is frequently utilised for the prevention of bad breath, gum infections, sore throats, mouth ulcers, as well as other mouth and throat ailments.
Dosage
For adults and children over 2 years of age –
Spray twice into mouth 2 to 3 times daily.
Not to be given to children under 2 years of age without medical advice.

Propolis 200mg/mL (20% w/v)

An Immunity Booster
I take Propolis once a day in the morning after breakfast. It gives me a better immune system and notice that during the flu season all I had was just a sniffle or two. I think I might have had Covid before as one of my colleagues said she felt as if she had been hit by a mack truck while another said she was finally feeling 'human' again but all I experienced was that I loss my sense of smell. My family members who do not believe in taking supplements thinks that mine is just a placebo effect. Well I am a senior and aside from the govt required health check, have not seen the gp for any health issue so this product is definitely working for me.
