Bees utilize this substance to protect the hive from germs, keeping bees healthy and free from diseases in their crowded environment. Propolis is a complex substance containing flavonoids, amino acids, vitamins A, B, C, and E, as well as numerous amounts of minerals such as copper, iron, manganese, and zinc.

DIRECTIONS

I take Propolis once a day in the morning after breakfast. It gives me a better immune system and notice that during the flu season all I had was just a sniffle or two. I think I might have had Covid before as one of my colleagues said she felt as if she had been hit by a mack truck while another said she was finally feeling 'human' again but all I experienced was that I loss my sense of smell. My family members who do not believe in taking supplements thinks that mine is just a placebo effect. Well I am a senior and aside from the govt required health check, have not seen the gp for any health issue so this product is definitely working for me.
