Comvita Propolis Extract Alcohol Free is a natural antioxidant and antibacterial agent. Propolis Extract Alcohol Free is one of our most popular propolis products.
It is easy to use, gentle and soothing on the throat, water soluble and ideal for people who want the full benefits of propolis without taking alcohol.
Recommended for internal use. Using the dropper apply directly into the throat or mix 6 to 10 drops in water to drink or gargle for the temporary relief of symptoms of sore throats and inflammation of the mouth.
Adults: May be taken as required at hourly intervals. Comvita® Propolis Extract Alcohol Free can be applied directly in the mouth or throat, or mix 6 to 10 drops in water and drink.

I take Propolis once a day in the morning after breakfast. It gives me a better immune system and notice that during the flu season all I had was just a sniffle or two. I think I might have had Covid before as one of my colleagues said she felt as if she had been hit by a mack truck while another said she was finally feeling 'human' again but all I experienced was that I loss my sense of smell. My family members who do not believe in taking supplements thinks that mine is just a placebo effect. Well I am a senior and aside from the govt required health check, have not seen the gp for any health issue so this product is definitely working for me.
