Ingredients
Each tablet contains
Bovine lactoferrin 50mg, hydroxyapatite (calcium 118mg) 491.67mg, zinc gluconate (zinc 1.5mg) 11.69mg, colecalciferol (vitamin D3) 3.25micrograms.
Directions
Take daily with a meal: Kids 3 to 8 years: 2 tablets daily. Kids 9 to 12 years: 3-4 tablets daily.
Tablets to be chewed. Recommended for children who can thoroughly chew and safely swallow without supervision. Or as directed by a healthcare professional.
Store long term below 25°C in a dry place.

I take Propolis once a day in the morning after breakfast. It gives me a better immune system and notice that during the flu season all I had was just a sniffle or two. I think I might have had Covid before as one of my colleagues said she felt as if she had been hit by a mack truck while another said she was finally feeling 'human' again but all I experienced was that I loss my sense of smell. My family members who do not believe in taking supplements thinks that mine is just a placebo effect.
