Directions
Children 2-3 years: Chew slowly and swallow 1 tablet daily, after meals. Children 4 to 8 years: Chew slowly and swallow 2 tablets daily, after meals. Children 9 to 13 years: Chew slowly and swallow 2-3 tablets daily, after meals. Or as directed by your healthcare professional. Not suitable for children under 2 years. Additional use: Can also be used as a solid toothpaste. Simply crush one tablet in your mouth and brush teeth with toothbrush for 2 minutes.

I take Propolis once a day in the morning after breakfast. It gives me a better immune system and notice that during the flu season all I had was just a sniffle or two. I think I might have had Covid before as one of my colleagues said she felt as if she had been hit by a mack truck while another said she was finally feeling 'human' again but all I experienced was that I loss my sense of smell.
