Bilberry (Vaccinium myrtillus extract 12.50 mg) equiv. fresh fruit 1 g (min.) standardised to contain anthocyanosides [of Vaccinium myrtillus] 4.50 mg) 1 g (min.); Betacarotene 1 mg.
Directions
2-8 years: One capsule daily. Pierce and squeeze into water, juice or cereal.
9-12 years: One capsule daily. Chew the entire capsule or alternatively, pierce and squeeze into water, juice or cereal.

I take Propolis once a day in the morning after breakfast. It gives me a better immune system and notice that during the flu season all I had was just a sniffle or two. I think I might have had Covid before as one of my colleagues said she felt as if she had been hit by a mack truck while another said she was finally feeling 'human' again but all I experienced was that I loss my sense of smell. My family members who do not believe in taking supplements thinks that mine is just a placebo effect.
