Swisse Ultiboost Iron is a premium quality formula to help maintain healthy blood and assist in the management of dietary iron deficiency.
Healthy Blood: Iron is an integral part of haemoglobin, an essential component of red blood cells, which transports oxygen around the body.
Iron Absorption: Vitamin C is included to assist with iron absorption.
Swisse Ultiboost Iron has been formulated based on scientific evidence to provide iron supplementation when dietary iron is low. This formula is suitable for vegetarians and during pregnancy when needs may be increased and for those feeling fatigued due to a diet low in iron.
EACH TABLET CONTAINS:
Iron (from iron amino acid chelate) 20 mg
Vitamin C (as ascorbic acid from calcium ascorbate dihydrate) 16.52 mg
Vitamin B6 (as pyridoxine from pyridoxine hydrochloride) 8.22 mg
Betacarotene 1 mg
Certified Organic Spirulina (Arthrospira platensis cell powder) 200 mg
No added gluten, lactose, egg, yeast, preservatives, artificial colours and artificial flavours. Suitable for vegetarians.
ADULT DOSAGE:
One tablet daily, during or immediately after a meal, or as directed by a healthcare professional.
STORAGE:
Store below 30 degrees Celsius. Do not use if cap seal is broken.
WARNINGS:
Not for the treatment of iron deficiency conditions. If symptoms persist consult your healthcare practitioner. Vitamins can only be of assistance if the dietary vitamin intake is inadequate.

I take Propolis once a day in the morning after breakfast. It gives me a better immune system and notice that during the flu season all I had was just a sniffle or two. I think I might have had Covid before as one of my colleagues said she felt as if she had been hit by a mack truck while another said she was finally feeling 'human' again but all I experienced was that I loss my sense of smell.
