Active Ingredients Per Capsule:
- Propolis dry extract (5:1) 400mg equiv. to fresh Propolis 2g (2000mg)

Dosage/Direction:
Adults take 1 capsule per day with meals, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
Not to be taken by children under two years old without medical advice.

Early days but hopeful

Early days yet, so not sure if going to be successful, although early signs may be promising. The odd smell takes a little getting used to. Ordering and delivery were easy and speedy. If all works as hoped we will be purchasing again.

    An Immunity Booster

    I take Propolis once a day in the morning after breakfast. It gives me a better immune system and notice that during the flu season all I had was just a sniffle or two. I think I might have had Covid before as one of my colleagues said she felt as if she had been hit by a mack truck while another said she was finally feeling 'human' again but all I experienced was that I loss my sense of smell. My family members who do not believe in taking supplements thinks that mine is just a placebo effect. Well I am a senior and aside from the govt required health check, have not seen the gp for any health issue so this product is definitely working for me.
