Exceptionally high in Vitamin C, kiwifruit also benefits the skin with its nourishing and regenerative factors. Traditionally used for naturally toning the skin, egg white has an astrigent action and is ideal for use on a greasy skin. Combined into a soap these Ingredients have a stimulation effect and leaves the skin feeling smooth and revitalised.

I take Propolis once a day in the morning after breakfast. It gives me a better immune system and notice that during the flu season all I had was just a sniffle or two. I think I might have had Covid before as one of my colleagues said she felt as if she had been hit by a mack truck while another said she was finally feeling 'human' again but all I experienced was that I loss my sense of smell.
