It can provide temporary relief from the pain of arthritis and help management the symptoms such as inflammation, joint swelling associated with this condition. It can also assist in the management of symptoms associated with psoriasis dermatitis and eczema.
Active Ingredient:
Each capsule contains: Fish Oil-natural 1000mg equivalent to:
- Omega-3 marine triglycerides 300mg
- Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) 180mg
- Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) 120mg
Directions for use:
- Adults: Take 1-2 capsules 3 times daily with meals, or as directed by your health care professional.
- Vitamin Supplements should not replace a balanced diet.

I take Propolis once a day in the morning after breakfast. It gives me a better immune system and notice that during the flu season all I had was just a sniffle or two. I think I might have had Covid before as one of my colleagues said she felt as if she had been hit by a mack truck while another said she was finally feeling 'human' again but all I experienced was that I loss my sense of smell. My family members who do not believe in taking supplements thinks that mine is just a placebo effect.
