INGREDIENTS
EACH CAPSULE CONTAINS:

No Added lactose, gluten, yeast, egg, artificial colours or artificial flavours.
DIRECTIONS
ADULT DOSAGE:
One capsule, three times daily or as directed by a healthcare professional.

I take Propolis once a day in the morning after breakfast. It gives me a better immune system and notice that during the flu season all I had was just a sniffle or two.
