Ingredients
Full cream milk, Soy lecithin.
Contains milk, soy.
Directions for Use
To make a 250 mL milk serving
Add approx. 35 g to 125 mL lukewarm water and stir until dissolved. Add more water to make up to 250 mL.
To make a 1 litre milk serving
Add approx. 140 g to 500 mL lukewarm water and stir until dissolved. Add more water to make up to 1 litre.

I take Propolis once a day in the morning after breakfast. It gives me a better immune system and notice that during the flu season all I had was just a sniffle or two. I think I might have had Covid before as one of my colleagues said she felt as if she had been hit by a mack truck while another said she was finally feeling 'human' again but all I experienced was that I loss my sense of smell.
