Propolis is created by bees from the natural resin produced by trees as part of their defence system. Honeybees collect the resin, mix in beeswax and enzymes, and use it to protect the hive. Propolis contains amino acide, vitamins, minerals and flavonoids. Propolis may assist in managing of flu typesymptoms by reducing the severity and duration of the symptoms.

I take Propolis once a day in the morning after breakfast. It gives me a better immune system and notice that during the flu season all I had was just a sniffle or two. I think I might have had Covid before as one of my colleagues said she felt as if she had been hit by a mack truck while another said she was finally feeling 'human' again but all I experienced was that I loss my sense of smell. My family members who do not believe in taking supplements thinks that mine is just a placebo effect. Well I am a senior and aside from the govt required health check, have not seen the gp for any health issue so this product is definitely working for me.
