يُنتج النحل البروبوليس من الراتنج الطبيعي الذي تُنتجه الأشجار كجزء من نظامه الدفاعي. يجمع نحل العسل هذا الراتنج، ويخلطه مع شمع العسل والإنزيمات، ويستخدمه لحماية الخلية. يحتوي البروبوليس على أحماض أمينية وفيتامينات ومعادن وفلافونويدات. قد يُساعد البروبوليس في السيطرة على أعراض الإنفلونزا بتخفيف حدتها ومدتها.
قد يساعد الاستخدام الموضعي للبروبوليس أيضًا على تخفيف تهيج الجلد البسيط، مثل اللدغات والحروق والجروح والخدوش.

كيفية الاستخدام
الاستخدام الداخلي: تناول 3-5 قطرات في ماء دافئ، ثلاث مرات في اليوم قبل الوجبات.
الاستخدام الخارجي: مسح المنطقة المصابة بمسحة من القطن أو تخفيفها بالماء للري.

I take Propolis once a day in the morning after breakfast. It gives me a better immune system and notice that during the flu season all I had was just a sniffle or two. I think I might have had Covid before as one of my colleagues said she felt as if she had been hit by a mack truck while another said she was finally feeling 'human' again but all I experienced was that I loss my sense of smell.
