UMF تعني "عامل مانوكا الفريد"، وهو مقياس لنوع النشاط الفريد الموجود بشكل طبيعي بمستويات متفاوتة في العسل المصنوع من رحيق شجيرة مانوكا (Leptospermum scoparium)، وهي موطنها نيوزيلندا.

I take Propolis once a day in the morning after breakfast. It gives me a better immune system and notice that during the flu season all I had was just a sniffle or two. I think I might have had Covid before as one of my colleagues said she felt as if she had been hit by a mack truck while another said she was finally feeling 'human' again but all I experienced was that I loss my sense of smell.
