تُنتج الغابات المفتوحة والمراعي الطبيعية في شمال تسمانيا عسلًا غنيًا ومتنوعًا من البرسيم والتوت الأسود والشوك والعديد من أنواع الزهور البرية المتوطنة. تتجلى هذه الروائح في عسل ناعم وخفيف ورقيق بنكهة منعشة تدوم طويلًا وتُرضي جميع الأذواق.
