How to Use:
After cleansing, apply a thin layer over entire face, avoid eyes and lip areas.
Leave on for 3-5 minutes after bubbles fully activated.
Then gently massage bubble essence on to face and rinse thoroughly with warm water.

I take Propolis once a day in the morning after breakfast. It gives me a better immune system and notice that during the flu season all I had was just a sniffle or two.
