Ingredients
Each capsule contains 25mcg cholecalciferol (equivalent to Vitamin D3 1000 IU)
Dosage
1 capsule daily with a meal or as directed by your healthcare professional.

I take Propolis once a day in the morning after breakfast. It gives me a better immune system and notice that during the flu season all I had was just a sniffle or two. I think I might have had Covid before as one of my colleagues said she felt as if she had been hit by a mack truck while another said she was finally feeling 'human' again but all I experienced was that I loss my sense of smell. My family members who do not believe in taking supplements thinks that mine is just a placebo effect.
