Vitatree Colostrum 820mg 100 Chewable Tablets contain colostrum - the first milk produced by the mammary glands of mammals after birth. Colostrum is rich in immunoglobulin’s IgG, antimicrobial peptides (eg, lactoferrin and lactoperoxidase), and other bioactive molecules, including growth factors.
It also contains antibodies to protect the newborn against disease, as well as being lower in fat and higher in protein than ordinary milk. Important for the nutrition, growth, and development of newborn infants and contributes to the immunologic defense of neonates. EACH TABLET CONTAINS: Colostrum Powder-Bovine (20% IgG) 125mg
DIRECTIONS:
- Dosage: Take 2-3 capsules daily after meals. Or as directed by your healthcare professional.
- Warning: Products containing bovine colostrum powder contain lactose and cow's milk proteins. This product is not suitable for use in children under the age of 12 months except for professional health advice. Do not use it if the cap seal is broken.

I take Propolis once a day in the morning after breakfast. It gives me a better immune system and notice that during the flu season all I had was just a sniffle or two.
