I’ve been taking these for a couple of years now. I have varicose veins in one leg and these tablets are the only thing that helps with the heaviness, heat and pain, especially in hot weather. I take them daily and notice the difference if I don’t. I also have the cream but don’t feel I get the same relief as the tablets. Highly recommend to anyone that suffer mild to moderate varicose veins.

I take Propolis once a day in the morning after breakfast. It gives me a better immune system and notice that during the flu season all I had was just a sniffle or two. I think I might have had Covid before as one of my colleagues said she felt as if she had been hit by a mack truck while another said she was finally feeling 'human' again but all I experienced was that I loss my sense of smell. My family members who do not believe in taking supplements thinks that mine is just a placebo effect.
