Ingredients
Each tablet contains: Iron (from ferrous gluconate dihydrate) 5mg, Thiamine hydrochloride (Vitamin B1) 661 micrograms, Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) 1.5 mg, Nicotinamide 10 mg, Pyridoxine hydrochloride 2.43mg equiv to pyridoxine (Vitamin B6) 2 mg, Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin BI2) 1 microgram, Folic Acid 130 µg, Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) 10 mg. Spinacia oleracea (Spinach) leaf dry extract conc. 42.4mg equiv to dry leaf 83.1 mg, Daucus carota root (Carrot) dry extract 42.4mg equiv. to dry root 35.6 mg, Foeniculum vulgare fruit (Fennel) dry extract 42.4mg equiv. to dry fruit 35.6 mg, Centaurium erythraea (Centaury) dry herb extract 42.4mg equivant to dry herb 15.28 mg, Rosa canina (Rosehip) dry fruit peel extract conc. 11.6mg equiv. to dry fruit peel 81.2 mg.
Directions
Children between 6 to 12 years of age: 2 tablets daily, preferably before a meal.
Adults and Children 13 years and older: 3 tablets daily, preferably before a meal.
