– Propolis Liquid contains propolis resin 200mg/ml (2:1) equiv. to fresh Propolis 400mg/ml (40%)
– Propolis is produced by bees and has natural antibacterial properties. It has a long history of traditional use in the improvement of general well-being.
Ingredients :
– Contains Propolis resin 200mg/ml (2:1) Equiv. to fresh Propolis 400mg/ml (40%).
Available Pack Sizes :
25 ml
Dosage/Direction:
– Adults take 5~10 drops (0.25-0.5ml) in water daily. Shake well before use.
– Topical: Swab affected area up to three times a day.
Cations:
Test before use. Propolis may cause skin irritation, and allegic reactions. If irritation or swelling of the mouth or throat occurs, discontinue use. If symptoms persist consult your health care practitioner. Not to be used by children under two years old without medical advise.
Storage:
– Store below 30°C in a cool dry place.
– Do not use if seal is broken or missing.

I take Propolis once a day in the morning after breakfast. It gives me a better immune system and notice that during the flu season all I had was just a sniffle or two. I think I might have had Covid before as one of my colleagues said she felt as if she had been hit by a mack truck while another said she was finally feeling 'human' again but all I experienced was that I loss my sense of smell. My family members who do not believe in taking supplements thinks that mine is just a placebo effect. Well I am a senior and aside from the govt required health check, have not seen the gp for any health issue so this product is definitely working for me.
