Directions:
After cleansing, use toner to condition the skin first.
Taking the mask out of the bag. Unfold the mask and spread it carefully on the face to avoid the contour of eyes and mouth.
Leave on for 15-20 minutes.

I take Propolis once a day in the morning after breakfast. It gives me a better immune system and notice that during the flu season all I had was just a sniffle or two.
