Chantelle SPF 50+ UV Protection Sun Cream is a lightweight sunscreen with clinically proven UVA and UVB protection, preventing burning and premature skin ageing due to sun damage. The weightless sunscreen offers broad spectrum protection while remaining non-greasy. It is optimal for daily use on all skin types and is paraben and fragrance free.
The active ingredients include:
octocrylene, oxybenzone, butyl methoxydibenzoylmethane, phenylbenzimidazole sulphonic acid

DIRECTIONS
Apply a generous amount to the face and neck and massage until fully absorbed 20 minutes before sun exposure.

I take Propolis once a day in the morning after breakfast. It gives me a better immune system and notice that during the flu season all I had was just a sniffle or two.
