Directions/Dose:
Measure 1 scoop (7g) into cooled boiled water. For best results, mix powder with a small amount of water into a smooth paste, then add the remainder of the water. Once made consume immediately.
Good Health Modified Milk Powder with Lactoferrin can be added to other foods, such as oatmeal, gravy or soup.
Cautions/Contraindications:
- Not suitable for individuals with lactose, soy or milk intolerance or allergies.

I take Propolis once a day in the morning after breakfast. It gives me a better immune system and notice that during the flu season all I had was just a sniffle or two.
