Grape seed extracts are rich in a variety of beneficial substances from whole grape seeds that have a great concentration of vitamin E, flavonoids, linoleic acid and OPC (Oligomeric procyanidins), which with strong antioxidant properties help to protect cells against free radical damage.

I take Propolis once a day in the morning after breakfast. It gives me a better immune system and notice that during the flu season all I had was just a sniffle or two.
