Kids Calcium & Vitamin D3 dosage
- Children 2 to 3 years: Chew 1 tablet daily
- Children 4 to 8 years: Chew 2 tablets daily
- Children 9 to 13 years: Chew 3 tablets daily

I take Propolis once a day in the morning after breakfast. It gives me a better immune system and notice that during the flu season all I had was just a sniffle or two.
