Contains plant essences such as Melissa Officinalis Flower/Leaf/Stem Water, Mentha Piperita (Peppermint) Leaf Water, Rosmarinus Officinalis (Rosemary) Leaf Water that nourishes, soothes, repairs skin and contains sodium hyaluronate that replenishes the skin with moisture, leaving skin supple and refreshed.

Directions:
After cleansing, use toner to condition the skin first.
Taking the mask out of the bag. Unfold the mask and spread it carefully on the face to avoid the contour of eyes and mouth.
Leave on for 15-20 minutes.
Remove the mask and pat it gently until the essence is completely absorbed.

I take Propolis once a day in the morning after breakfast. It gives me a better immune system and notice that during the flu season all I had was just a sniffle or two.
