Bees utilize this substance to protect the hive from germs, keeping bees healthy and free from diseases in their crowded environment.
Propolis is a complex substance containing flavonoids, amino acids, vitamins A, B, C, and E, as well as numerous amounts of minerals such as copper, iron, manganese, and zinc.

Propolis dry extract 400mg Equiv to fresh Propolis (2000mg) 2g
Directions for use:
Dosage: Take 1-2 capsules daily, with meals. Or as directed by your healthcare professional.

I take Propolis once a day in the morning after breakfast. It gives me a better immune system and notice that during the flu season all I had was just a sniffle or two. I think I might have had Covid before as one of my colleagues said she felt as if she had been hit by a mack truck while another said she was finally feeling 'human' again but all I experienced was that I loss my sense of smell. My family members who do not believe in taking supplements thinks that mine is just a placebo effect. Well I am a senior and aside from the govt required health check, have not seen the gp for any health issue so this product is definitely working for me.
