Vitatree Omega 3 1000mg 365 Capsules is extracted from cold-water fish and is a rich source of the omega-3 fatty acids, EPA and DHA, which are classified as essential fatty acids as they cannot be manufactured in the body and must therefore be obtained from dietary sources.
It provides an anti-inflammatory action within the body which may reduce inflammation and joint swelling associated with arthritis. It supports the health and function of the cardiovascular system, nervous system, brain, and eyes.

EACH CAPSULE CONTAINS
- Fish oil - natural 1000mg
- Containing Omega-3 marine Triglycerides 300mg, Equiv as:
+ Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) 180mg
+ Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) 120mg
DIRECTIONS
- Dosage: Adult takes 1-3 capsules daily after meals. Or as directed by your healthcare professional.

I take Propolis once a day in the morning after breakfast. It gives me a better immune system and notice that during the flu season all I had was just a sniffle or two.
