Directions
Adults - Take 1-2 capsules, three times daily. Children 6-12 years -Take 1 to 2 capsules daily. Prick the capsule and squeeze the oil into milk or juice. Children 3-6 years -Take 1 capsule daily. I take Propolis once a day in the morning after breakfast. It gives me a better immune system and notice that during the flu season all I had was just a sniffle or two. I think I might have had Covid before as one of my colleagues said she felt as if she had been hit by a mack truck while another said she was finally feeling 'human' again but all I experienced was that I loss my sense of smell.
