Goodcombo Propolis & Manuka Honey Spray is an ideal throat soothing spray that combines Propolis and Manuka Honey. Propolis is created by bees from the natural resin produced by trees as part of their defense system. Manuka Honey has a soothing, anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect on throats. Peppermint can help freshen breathe. Topical use of Propolis & Manuka Honey Spray may also relieve minor skin irritations, such as stings, burns, cuts and scratches. Contains propolis, pollen, ethanol and propylene glycol.

How to use

I take Propolis once a day in the morning after breakfast. It gives me a better immune system and notice that during the flu season all I had was just a sniffle or two. I think I might have had Covid before as one of my colleagues said she felt as if she had been hit by a mack truck while another said she was finally feeling 'human' again but all I experienced was that I loss my sense of smell. My family members who do not believe in taking supplements thinks that mine is just a placebo effect.
